Each order is printed and prepared with care before being shipped directly to your door. Below you'll find information regarding processing times, shipping estimates, and delivery expectations.
Order Processing
All prints are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be printed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
During holidays, sales, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after your order has been fulfilled:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
Europe
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Australia & New Zealand
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
Rest of World
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or local delivery services.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We want every order to arrive safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of both the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please reach out and we'll help investigate the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. GOURGUES POSTERS is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
